SPEED PLUS / FOOTBALL SKILLS TRAININGOnce a week the athletes will have a chance to polish up on their skills. This training program will help identify sprinting techniques, along with getting live yet controlled competitive reps among other skilled athletes. It's time to compete, These sessions are very intense and may become a little gritty at times. This is to ensure that we separate the young men from the boys.

- Weekend Sessions
- If the weather permits these sessions will be held outdoors on the field.
- Athletes will pay $30 for the Sunday workout sessions.
- This session must be paid either through Zelle or in person with cash.
