Once a week the athletes will have a chance to polish up on their skills. This training program will help identify sprinting techniques, along with getting live yet controlled competitive reps among other skilled athletes. Its time to compete, This session is very intense and may become a little gritty at times. This is to ensure that we separate the young men from the boys.
This programs has been in place since 1999 and has produce some of central Florida's top talent.
