This program is designed to help athletes from the age of 12 years and older. The Middle School program will help target muscle weakness, and imbalances to help prevent future injures. The benefits of this program include but are not limited to joint mobilization, Agility, Balance, Coordination, Speed, Power, & Reaction Time. These components will be achieved through carefully selected sports stretching, functional training, neuromuscular control and sensory pattern exercises. This program is designed to enhance the skills and create muscle memory through drills which will then be used during any form of activity. or competition.
