This off-season training pass gives female athletes access to 2 sessions per week (8 sessions per month). Female strength training is ideal for young women that play lacrosse, softball, volleyball, basketball, flag football, beach volleyball, soccer, cross-country, tennis,  or run track.
  • 2 strength training sessions
    (Tuesday & Thursday, 7:30-8:30 PM @ Iron Religion Gym)
