Coach Bo Jack will instruct athlete's on the correct form for each lift to ensure maximum gains as well as preventing injury... Coach Bo Jack will design and implement a training program to maximize athletic performance all while developing Agility, Balance, Coordination, Power, Reaction Time and Speed.
